Once you have submitted your Application Form a member of the Rosewood Properties team will review all the information and contact you either by telephone or email within 24 hours, to arrange a date and time to view your property and valuate. Once the property valuation has taken place, if both parties are willing the team member will make you an offer. You are not obliged to accept this offer, nor are you obliged to accept immediately. The offer will be valid for 28 days. If you do wish to accept you have 28 days in which to do so.
